The effective date of this agreement shall be the earlier of (1) the activation of your account or (2) your receipt of an e-mail from Spam Soap confirming your order. Your risk free trial begins the day you receive setup instructions. If you are not completely satisfied with Spam Soap, please contact Spam Soap within the 30-day trial period; however, if you do not contact Spam Soap and cancel during that period, Spam Soap is entitled to assume you have agreed to use thier service. The first invoice from Spam Soap will therefore be sent during the 30-day trial period with payment due at the end of the trial payable to Spam Soap. Spam Soap pricing is based upon the number of email users in your company. Pricing includes multiple domains at a ratio of one domain name for every ten mailboxes. If additional domains need filtering, above and beyond those included in the 10:1 ratio, there is a $4 per month charge. Spam Soap bills in 6 month increments. Discounts are available for non-profit, government and educational organizations. Customers are free to increase or decrease the number of mailboxes anytime without informing Spam Soap. Then prior to the next billing cycle the price can be adjusted to a new tier if necessary. By opening an account with Spam Soap you ("the customer") agree to both RawData Hosting and Spam Soap terms and conditions. You must contact Spam Soap directly regarding all payment, billing and support inquiries. RawData will only be providing technical support for configuring the MX records to the domains you have purchased through RawData Hosting and are registering with Spam Soap. No additional support will be offered by RawData Hosting if you did not purchase your domain name through RawData Hosting. You ("the customer") are responsible to manage your account using the tools and services provided by Spam Soap. Spam Soap contact information is located at: http://www.spamsoap.com/company/contactus.html This Agreement may be materially altered by RawData Hosting by posting the new version of the Agreement at www.rawdata.net and if posted in this manner, shall be effective immediately upon posting such notice. In the event that RawData Hosting does materially change the terms of this Agreement, you accept and shall be bound by such changed terms unless you opt to terminate the Agreement within thirty days of receipt of notice of such change.

Prices are based upon the number of email users in your company. Pricing includes multiple domains at a ratio of one domain name for every ten mailboxes. If additional domains need filtering, above and beyond those included in the 10:1 ratio, there is a $4 per month charge.

Customers are free to increase or decrease the number of mailboxes anytime without informing Spam Soap. Then prior to the next billing cycle the price can be adjusted to a new tier if necessary.

To determine your pricing tier, we do not count aliases or special purpose mailboxes such as info@domain.com or webmaster@domain.org.
